Day off

Today's our first day off of the season.  We'd planned to go hiking and skiing, but the cold rain is keeping us indoors a little bit longer than we'd anticipated.

I think we'll change our plans to go on a cold wet bike ride on cow mountain, ride down into Barkerville, and rewarm at the Jake with a cup of tea and a bowl of soup before sloshing our way home to serve dinner in the evening.   Sounds like a lot of fun doesn't it!!!

Tonight, we expect a good dinner crowd and then we're shutting it all down to attend the concert at the Sunset Theatre. Navaz is going to be a great kickoff to their season! and Neda Jalali is an amazing singer.
